Take five slow deep relaxing breaths, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth…relax…take a long pause for each relaxing breath.
Now with each exhale, breathe out the aches and pains and tension stored in your body. With each inhale of breath, breathe in the peaceful energy that surrounds you…Relax even more deeply now…Now start to visualise or imagine or become aware of all your muscles completely relaxing...Relax the muscles in your forehead and down into your face….
